Materials and Methods
Nikon D80 + Tamron 90mm F2.8 macro. Exp compensation -2.0 to preserve the dark background. Curves for contrast. Decreased red shadows, increased green midtones, and increased blue shadows in curves for color. Before and after comparisons available on my FB: [link]

Yes, it does get dark quite early now. But sometimes there is a calm beauty in the dark, and your photo captures it well. Good job :)
