all the stars and boulevards aren't close enough for you

Tutorials and Resources
- just Google around for 'origami lucky star tutorial': [link] [link] [link]
(they're pretty easy to make so try it out :D though it will take some patience to make enough of them to fill a jar)

Materials and Methods
Nikon D80 + Tamron 90mm macro. RAW editing in post to increase vibrancy. Nothing much.

I remember making origami stars when I was a kid! I could never be patient enough to make that many though o__o

excellent focus. I'm not sure if it's because of the many shades of stars, but it seems that some colors are coming out in the wood, too, from reds to blues to grays... beautiful and interesting to look at as always~

Ah, I love the colors  I went on a paper star binge and made about 400 last week (just to fill some emptied spice jars for decoration).

Have you try the stows. They are harder to make but also looks really good. Love the strips of paper choose. The stars look like candy.

Cute~
It makes me think of the day when all my siblings and i would spend the whole day filling a big jar with just paper stars instead of watching T.v.

those days were the best days~ n v n

Love the colors! I didn't know there was such a thing as iridescent paper, it's gorgeous!

It would be nice to see a different version of the photo where the jar and stars are not blurred out, would be pleasant to see the texture of all the stars together and inside the jar! These origami stars look so beautiful when there are many of them.
