Materials and Methods
Nikon D80 + Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm F/1.8D + IR remote. Manual focus. Increased exposure bias to brighten. SB-600 for bounce lighting against a nearby white wall. IR remote in one hand to trigger the shutter while dropping the strawberry with the other hand into a square vase of seltzer water. Not sure if you can really tell it's seltzer water though but I guess there are a few bubbles. Pink shirt hung in the background for color. More brightening in post editing.
