Tutorials and Resources - Set up for bubbly photos: [link] - Bounce lighting: [link]
Materials and Methods Nikon D80 + Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm F/1.8D + IR remote. Manual focus. Increased exposure bias to brighten. SB-600 for bounce lighting against a nearby white wall. IR remote in one hand to trigger the shutter while dropping the strawberry with the other hand into a square vase of seltzer water. Not sure if you can really tell it's seltzer water though but I guess there are a few bubbles. Pink shirt hung in the background for color. More brightening in post editing. to me that just screams strawberry Champaign or strawberry lemonade. Its a very refreshing composition and its a very good out of the millions of fruit in water photo's i've seen over the years *thumbs up* It give that feeling of wanting to take the strawberry out and you can feel that sweet cold wet surface. Its nice to see motion in photography that is very beautiful. Keep up the good work.
