Materials and Methods
Nikon D80 + Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm F/1.8D + IR remote. F/1.8 for shallow depth of field + ISO 400 to prevent shutter delay. Exposure bias +1.0 steps to brighten. Window lighting. Flower is baby's breath. Post-editing in PS brighten slightly and adjust colors slightly. Not much.
