Nikon D80 + Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8. Cherry trees with cherry blossoms and petals littering the ground. Curves to brighten. Decreased green midtones slightly to bring out the pink hues. +10 increase in saturation. Minor vignetting added. Real life was still much pinker Additional Comments
Cherry blossom festival in DC last week. This was taken in a patch of cherry blossom trees close to the Washington Monument; so not the more popular Tidal Basin area. It's taken me a bit to get to editing all the photo due to exams. The weather was really dreary but the flowers were beautiful. Really pisses me off when people shake on the branches though; stop ruining it for the rest of us.
