Vacation in San Fran ----- Taken with a new Olympus E-410 I won in some photo contest. I like the lens since it's 14mm so it's easier to do self portraits with. But Nikon's still better In a hotel room in San Fran. Vignetting in post editing. Minor color balanced. Decrease contrast. Tone editing and lighten. ----- Back from vacation. * * * * * under the CC license, this photo may be used on other websites as long as: 1. It kinda reminds me of a dream I had once. I dreamed that I was at a hotel with a bunch of other people. The manager was telling us about the hotel and how it took care of its guests better then any other hotel. We were laying in beds and they were handing out pizza, and the manager was telling how the pizza was really made for kings and queens. The beds were really soft to. But I hated everything about the place and ended up making a run for it, and left. I have weird dreams.....
at first I thought you took this with a holga in a mirror but then I noticed that the spelling wasn't backwards and read that you took it with a another camera...which might explain why it's a bit sharper than a holga. regardless, I like this picture. I like the way you look like you're hiding behind the holga and peeking over it to take a glance at the world. besides the peeking over the camera, your eyes seem to say that you're a little curious about what you're looking at and yet a little unsure...but then again maybe it's because we can't see your mouth that I'm reading that into.
If your interested in holga shots, I post many holga shots under [link] sorry for the shameless self promotion. and anyways, I like this shot
Yes, it was taken with a new Olympus E-410 If you do take a self portrait in the mirror with a holga, it's not hard to just flip it in post editing so that the spelling comes out backwards. The hard part, at least in my experience, is getting decent exposure with indoor lighting Yeah, I experiment with the holga as well though I don't post them on dev. Your link is a dead link though
I like it.
and I want that shirt! ^^
