Upon closer inspection
It will become clear

Interesting optical effect so I thought I'd share it. A plastic magnifying glass in front of a computer screen creates this rainbow effect when viewed from a camera lens as captured here. Edited using the Warm Me Up script in GIMP: [link]

I generally use both just because my watermarking scripts are in PS but my color editing scripts are in GIMP, though you could accomplish the same simple edits in GIMP alone. PS is much better for intricate tasks and more advanced editing like healing, cloning, creating texture, paint overs, etc.
